EMERGENCY NOTICE
COVID-19
Hi, we here at Infinity Moon Productions hope you and your families are doing well in this troubling time.
Due to the current risks to any potential participants in our various projects, and in an effort to adhere to local, state, and federal health guidelines, we are taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our clients, team members, & the collective public, until further notice:

We ask that any clients & cast/crew members disclose if they have had contact with someone known to have COVID-19, or who is suspected of having the infection. Should anyone suspected of having COVID-19 or their property come into contact with any IMP cast, crew, or property, IMP will immediately notify both the public and specific individuals who may need to take swift protective measures.

Masks for all cast/crew will be required while off-camera regardless of crew size for indoor shooting locations.

All worn gear, or gear which comes into close contact with cast/crew members (such as microphones), will undergo a strict cleaning procedure between users and before being stored with other equipment.

Despite the lessened severity of the Omicron variant, we feel as though extra precautions should be taken with spiking cases, including N95 or KN95 mask use on indoor sets, as well as proof of a negative test result prior to the start of production REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS. The science is clear that fully vaccinated & even boosted persons can still spread all variants of COVID-19.

VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURES:
8/11/2021: MobT Media & IMP staff traveled to the state of NC between the dates of 8/1 - 8/8. Current guidelines for testing upon return do not include travelers from NC. All relevant staff have been fully vaccinated.

1/8/2021: Towson University plans to have hybrid instruction for some classes in the Spring semester beginning January 25th. This may pose slightly increased chances of COVID-19 exposure to many of our team members, and thus whoever we work with. Social distancing will be strictly enforced on campus & in the classroom. 8/14/2020: *UPDATE* The person who had a fever and was awaiting testing received a negative test result. All MobT Media & IMP staff members are COVID-19 free and all projects are clear to resume. Call/text the IMP main line to request more details (443-343-2086).

8/10/2020: MobT Media & IMP staff had daily exposure with someone who has a fever and is awaiting COVID-19 testing. Decisions on current/new projects will be left to clients/participants.

8/2/2020: MobT Media & IMP staff will be traveling to the state of NC between the dates of 8/2 - 8/9. MD state mandates for testing upon return do not include travelers from NC.
